Jim Lauder's voice has been described as calming & trustworthy.  From commercials to audiobooks, Jim brings a warmth and sincerity to each project that comes his way.  Drawing on his strong improvisational skills, Jim brings a plethora of whimsical and hilarious characters to his animation work at the microphone.

 

In addition to his voice over work, Jim has a Doctorate degree and over ten years experience serving couples and families on Vancouver Island officiating ceremonies based on their spiritual beliefs and philosophies.

Jim is a cancer survivor and author of Fear, Valor, Humor - a story about his healing experience. He brings a deep sense of compassion, sensitivity, spirituality, and a wealth of knowledge about the human condition to his work.

Jim has studied the art of voice acting under the direction of world-renowned voiceover talent and coach Dr. Elley-Ray Hennessy.  He looks forward to bringing an honest and refreshing voice to your project - let's "make waves" together!
